Aunt Teri blows into SD from the Windy City

Teri came to town late February to meet Brooke and Hon's baby boy, Kayden Lee Quach.

And she brought baggage - I mean, a boyfriend!

Not just any boyfriend, but THE ONE. Don't worry guys, his name is not Neo, its Bryan - and he is a great guy. Just look how excited Luke is about the prospects of his new uncle! They got to bond at the sushi restaurant. Bryan picked up everything Luke launched from the high chair, which was Luke's way of testing if this guy has the right stuff. Apparently, he passed!

They aren't quite engaged, but that's where they are headed, and I could not be more thrilled for my best friend.

Hope to fly out for the official festivities when they happen, though we're on a tight budget these days.

Luckily, Luke is a self-starter whose already begun flying lessons with the help of the Elmo twin engine propeller plane his Gma bought him at Christmas.
