Ryan Graduated!

The Ceremony

Ryan graduated from Ashford University in December with a BA in Business Administration and Organizational Management.

Ashford is a traditional university and online university with a campus in Clinton, Iowa.

We had a graduation party for Ryan December 5th at the house and then flew to Chicago (then drove the rest of the way to Clinton, Iowa) December 10th.

Waiting for Daddy to walk with the processional!

Ryan met a student he went to school with from Santana in the line.

Small world!

Ryan decked out with his gown and honors cords (Luke has the cap!)

In between ceremonies, we drove around Clinton while Luke cat napped.

Here we are in front of the Mississippi, which was crusted over with ice.

The campus is very picturesque and the snow just added to the uniqueness.

The university used to be a Catholic college and they still maintain some traditions.

Teri let us borrow her car for the drive to Clinton.

THANKS TERI!

On the way back through Chicago, she and her fiance, Brian, took us on a driving tour through the city. We stopped at the famous Wrigleysville just a block or so down from the stadium on the way back to the airport.

The Grad Party at the homestead

We enjoyed having many of you over for Greek-style food and fun.

Ryan was so appreciative of all the well wishes and your generosity! A good time was had by all!

OK, OK, a serious moment!

That didn't last long!

Chillin' and enjoying the company!

Turned into a late nite for the kiddos!
