Ryan found this Yamaha on Craig's List. Don't you all just love Craig's List? I think that is helping us all combat the consumer society that the media has brainwashed us into becoming. You get great deals and realize the merits of not having to have everything brand new! I also think it inspires a sense of community and resourcefulness.
Ryan really likes the sound of it. It was manufactured sometime around 1978 so the spruce wood has really gotten a chance to age and mature, creating a rich sound. He even lugged it all the way to Oahu. Can you believe they let him have it as a carry on? Yep, he got to store it in the bulkhead on one flight and then in the captain's closet amonst the captain's blazer jacket on another!
