Time warp

The older Luke gets, the less pressing the feeling of capturing his every blink, smile or toddle becomes. Hence, the lack of blogging in almost two months! He is progressing quickly - too quickly at times; I want to relish in some of his phases, whereas he is eager to move to another. Its a wierd tug of war to let him develop and to enjoy every moment he is a baby.

What is Luke currently doing?
-Crawling FAST!
-Clapping; playing patty-cake
-Turning pages in his books
-Tearing pages in his books
-Walking around furniture with confidence
-Trying to pull himself up onto tables, pianos or couches
-Tumbling off of couches
-Chasing Bleu, our dog
-Riding Onyx, our other dog (he grabs onto his long and thick Aussie-Chow fur and hangs on! Perhaps a rodeo cowboy at heart? Only time will tell . . .)
-Cutting teeth (he has the bottom two and is working on the top two)
-Squatting
-Laughing out loud
-Making baskets with his toy hoop set from Auntie Cez
-Standing SOMETIMES on his own for 5+ seconds

He's keeping us busy, but there is nothing we'd rather be doing!

Here he is making laundry time fun!
